چکیده

. Background. Human papillomavirus (HPV) has been established to be the etiological factor of cervical cancer (CC). HPV infection and CC progression involve direct participation E6 oncoprotein. Aim. An analysis oncoprotein levels in tissues tumor its perifocal area HPV-associated squamous cell as an objective indicator effect treatment depending on preoperative chemotherapy. Material methods. The study included clinical laboratory data 237 patients with high-risk cervix. were divided into 4 groups: two main groups (CC T2а2–2bN0–1M0) control groups. Patients group 1 (n=84) received standard neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT), 2 (n=93) — modified NACT prior plasmapheresis session a parallel course nonspecific immunotherapy Allokin-alpha. Control (n=40) T1b2–2a1N0–1M0, surgical treatment; (n=20) HPV-positive without CC. Levels measured samples tissues. Results. lowest registered After NACT, remained 4.6 times higher than intact tissues, even so, these demonstrated minimal compared other patients. was significantly lower (by 3.3 times) 8 1. 1.9 corresponding 2.2 Conclusions. Inclusion inducers endogenous interferonogenesis for can considered pathogenetically justified, since it affects key unit carcinogenesis.

FOXM1 induced by E6 oncoprotein promotes tumor invasion and chemoresistance in HPV-infected lung cancer

Induction of FOXM1 expression by E6 oncoprotein via the MZF1/NKX2-1 axis is responsible for soft-agar growth, invasiveness, and stemness in HPV-positive oral and lung cancer cells. Among patients, the presence of HPV16/18 DNA was positively correlated with NKX2-1 and FOXM1 expression in oral and lung tumors. When oral or lung cancer patients were individually divided into four subgroups by two ...
